Facilities

The barbeque area comes with a barbeque pit (bring your own charcoal) and tables & chairs that can sit up to 30-40 people. Ask the guard for additional chairs if necessary.

Basic House rules for the use of our Barbeque area :

• • • Booking for a 4 hour period is compulsory and is based on first come first serve basis. A conditional refundable deposit is also required within 4 working days after the booking is made, OR 7 working days before the event date, whichever is earlier.
    • Bookings are listed on the notice board in the area. Casual use is OK if the area has not been booked.
      Residents must clean and tidy the area after use. A rubbish bin is provided.
    • The use of alcohol in this area is permitted.
    • A booking for the BBQ area does not allow guests to use other communal facilities – except the toilets.

To claim for refund of deposit paid, owner/tenant must ensure:

• • • The premise, the barbeque pit and all tables & chairs at the barbeque area must be thoroughly cleaned immediately after the event.
    • The premise, the barbeque pit, all fixtures, tables and chairs at the barbeque area are returned in good condition after the event.
    • You and all your guests attending must abide strictly to all our house rules.
    • Resident is liable for any damage(s) to any our premise and fixtures that are caused by you or your guest(s).
