Basic House rules for Mini Movie Theatre:

• • • The Management Office will only provide basic equipment for the karaoke and movie rooms. The Owner/Residents who intend to use the premise are advised to bring their own discs etc. Bookings are required to utilize the rooms and residents are advised to book in advance and to keep the place clean after use. A sum of RM150.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: One Hundred Fifty Only) shall be paid as deposit when making the reservation involving Residents as well as non-resident guests. A maximum of 10 people per room is allowed and children up to the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult.
