Save the hassle of having to visit our Management Office for payment, you can opt to pay via Jom Pay with your internet banking.
It will only take you a couple of minutes to make payment by choosing this account and key-in the amount.
FPX Banking
We now use FPX banking features to complete the timely payment of your bills with W&W.
FPX is a reliable internet based payment gateway that allows real-time payments for online purchases hassle free or bill payments using your Savings / Current account or even Credit Card (available for selected merchants only).
Direct Debit
Save the hassle of having to remember payment deadline and avoid late payment penalty, opt for Direct Debit and allow charges to be automatically charged to your credit card.
This facility is still a work in progress and should be available in 2021.
Online/Walk-In
Pay online or at our Management Office using credit cards. We accept payment via Credit Card through the FPX online gateway or payment can be made at the Management office.
DuitNow QR
Payments to Waldorf & Windsor Management Corporation (WWMC) are now easier than ever.
Just open your bank or e-wallet app on a mobile device, scan the DuitNow QR code, enter the amount, payment details, and confirm payment. It’s as easy as that!
Book A Facility
To book a facility within the building, just simply go to the online portal or visit the Management Office to check for availability.
Apply For Access Card
Access Cards are issued with your unit, however, if you require more, then simply head to the Management Office. They may require certain details in order to issue you one.
Receive Parcel On My Behalf
Waldorf & Windsor Apartments offer a unique service where owners or tenants can have their parcels or items received at the lobbies without you having to be around. Click on the button below to inform the Management Office of the pending delivery or just call them.
Apply For Contractor’s Entry Pass
All Contractors that operate within the premises must have been verified by the Managment Office or the Security Team. Click on the button below and fill out the details, or approach the Management Office and fill out the form directly. There are certain conditions and rules for them to operate. Allow the friendly Management Office staff to inform you of the guidelines.
