Basic House rules for Windsor Park:

• • • The area is available for use on a casual basis most of the time.
    • In exceptional circumstances, the area can be booked for group use.
    • Booking is compulsory for group party and is based on first come first serve basis. A conditional refundable deposit is also required within 4 working days after the booking is made, OR 7 working days before the event date, whichever is earlier.
    • Residents may consume food and drink in this area.
    • Residents using the area must ensure that they clean and tidy the area after use.

To claim for refund of deposit paid, owner/tenant must ensure:

• • • The premise and all tables & chairs at Windsor Park area must be thoroughly cleaned immediately after the event.
    • The premise, all fixtures, tables and chairs at Windsor Park are returned in good condition after the event.
    • You and all your guests attending must abide strictly to all our house rules.
    • Owner/ tenant is liable for any damage(s) to any part of our premise and its fixtures that are caused by you or your guest(s).
